Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website kiwtech.in and the Kiwtech Meesho Research Tool ("Service"), provided by Arshit Traders ("Kiwtech", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kiwtech Meesho Research Tool is a browser extension that assists Meesho sellers with AI-based listing generation, keyword research, rank checking, auto-fill, and related features. It is a productivity tool that supports your work; it does not act on your behalf without your input.

2. License & Usage

• Each license key is valid for one device only and is bound to that device upon activation.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly post your license key.
• You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the extension.
• Sharing or misuse of a key may result in deactivation without refund.

3. Plans & Subscription

• Demo Trial: ₹49 + 18% GST (Total ₹57.82) — grants 1 day of access.
• Monthly: ₹999 + 18% GST (Total ₹1178.82) — grants 30 days of access.
• Access automatically expires at the end of the purchased period. There is no automatic renewal; you may purchase again to continue.

4. Payments & Taxes

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are shown exclusive of GST, and 18% GST is added at checkout. A GST invoice is sent by email. We are GST-registered in Delhi.

5. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Meesho's policies and applicable laws. The Service is a tool to assist you; you remain responsible for the content of your listings and your account on any marketplace.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including the software, branding, and content, belong to Arshit Traders (Kiwtech). Your license grants a limited right to use the Service and does not transfer any ownership.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, including license sharing, fraud, or misuse, without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
