Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the Kiwtech Meesho Research Tool from kiwtech.in, operated by Arshit Traders.

1. Nature of the Product

Kiwtech is a digital software product. Upon successful payment, a license key and software download link are delivered instantly to your email. Because the product is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, sales are generally considered final.

2. General Refund Terms

• Once a license key has been delivered and/or activated, the purchase is non-refundable.
• The Demo Trial (₹49 + GST) is a low-cost trial intended for evaluation and is non-refundable.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

We want you to have a fair experience. A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• Non-delivery: You did not receive your license key within 24 hours of payment (after checking your spam folder) and we are unable to deliver it.
• Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Technical failure: The tool does not work due to a verified technical fault on our side that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase via email or WhatsApp with your payment ID, registered email, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond promptly.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation

Our plans do not auto-renew. You are not charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — simply do not repurchase if you do not wish to continue. Your access will expire at the end of the purchased period.
